Children & Families Worker

Are you a passionate and creative leader with a heart for children and families?

St Thomas’ PCC is seeking a gifted Children & Families Worker to join our vibrant team and help us achieve our vision of a church that is ‘Growing Younger Together.’

We’re looking for a missionary minded person with proven experience in launching new initiatives and building strong, meaningful relationships. As our Children & Families Worker, you’ll play a vital role in overseeing our existing programs while shaping an inspiring vision for future growth.

At St Thomas’, we currently offer:

• Bubble Church – a weekly puppet packed, Jesus centred, coffee and croissant fuelled adventure.
• St Thomas’ Toddlers – a welcoming and supportive space for little ones and their parents/carers.
• Messy Church – a monthly gathering in partnership with our Church of England Infant School, bringing families together for creativity, fun, and faith.

Initially 30 hours as required over a week, which will include Sunday working.   As this role grows there is the potential for it to become a full-time appointment.
