Prayer

  • Sadly during the COVID-19 crisis our normal meetings for prayer have gone on line and the various activities within the church building are no longer available, however there are still many ways in which you can be involved
  • At any time St.Thomas’ church (STC) is open, usually from about 8.30am to 4.30pm, please feel free to come in and pray. Prayer cards are available.
  • Saturdays at 9am STC – Prayers for the parish, all welcome.
  • Prayer board in church, please leave a prayer card on the board which will be prayed for by the team.
  • Parish prayer chain – the chain can be contacted via the office for emergency confidential prayer support.
  • Web site prayer requests – you can leave a prayer request on this site. Go to Church Life >Prayer >Prayer Requests
  • The Prayer Ministry Team is available at main services, just ask if you would like prayer.
  • Julian Meeting for contemplative prayer in silence (see the calendar).
  • Healing Services are held approximately every 8 weeks to pray for healing for you or someone close to you (see the calendar).
